Vice president: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yavuz Ercan GÜL Yavuz Ercan Gül conducts his academic work in the field of educational sciences, with a particular focus on the social, cultural, and philosophical foundations of education. In his research, he examines the relationships between psychological well-being, autonomy, and educational processes within an intercultural context. Aiming to publish in internationally indexed journals, Gül develops his academic work with an emphasis on theoretical depth and sensitivity to cultural context. He is currently continuing his academic activities at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. |

Vice Chair: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Azamat Maksüdünov Assoc. Prof. Dr. Azamat Maksüdünov completed his master's degree in 2007 and his Ph.D. in 2010 at the Institute of Social Sciences of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU). He joined the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at KTMU as an Assistant Professor in 2013 and was promoted to Associate Professor in July 2024. Since November 2024, he has been serving as the Vice Director of the Institute of Graduate Studies. His research interests include services marketing, e-marketing, and entrepreneurship. He also actively follows and participates in scientific activities related to the Turkic World. He is the author or co-author of 44 journal articles, 40 conference papers, 10 book chapters, and 4 books published at national and international levels. Between January and March 2017, he was a visiting researcher at the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme. Between May and June 2021, he conducted research at the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences under the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Programme, and in October 2022, he participated in an academic exchange at Ege University under the Orhun Exchange Programme. From July 2023 to May 2024, he was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Florida Atlantic University, where he carried out the research project entitled "Creating an Entrepreneurial University in Kyrgyzstan: A Roadmap for Transformation." In May 2016, he received the Best Paper Award at the 26th World Business Congress organized by the International Management Development Association (IMDA). In December 2021, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. |

Member: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyil NAJİMUDİNOVA Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seyil NAJİMUDİNOVA is a faculty member at the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. She received a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. She completed her master studies in the Management Department in 2005. In 2010, she successfully defended her PhD dissertation, titled 'The Importance and Role of Corporate Culture in Human Resource Management: A Case Study of Kyrgyz Enterprises' at the same institution. Since 2004, she has held a tenured position in the Business Department at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. She received the title of associate professor in July 2024. She served as the vice -chair of the Center for Central Asian Studies between 2014-2015 and as the vice-dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences between 2017-2024. She has been a member of the KTMU Senate since December 2023, a KTMU Rector Advisor since October 2024, and a coordinator of the Career Development Office since November. She has been a field editor and assosiate editor of the Manas Social Research Journal since 2016. She is a member of the Young Scientists Association of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. Her research interests and publications focus on Human Resources Management, strategic management, entrepreneurship, female entrepreneurship, and higher education. She speaks Kyrgyz, Turkish, English, and Russian.

Member:Assistant Prof. Baktybek İsakov Isakov was born in 1979. He earned his Bachelor's (2002), Master's (2005), and PhD (2011) degrees from Kyrgyz-Turkish "Manas" University, following the Western academic system. Between 2007 and 2011, he participated in a five-year international project on the "Oral History of Central Asian Peoples," funded by the University of Tokyo (Japan), Tsukuba University (Japan), and Kyrgyz-Turkish "Manas" University (Kyrgyzstan). In 2009, he studied for one semester at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University (USA). From 2011 to 2012, he taught for a year at Busan University of Foreign Studies (South Korea). Between 2014 and 2015, he conducted a 10-month postdoctoral research project at the University of Padua (Italy) on the topic: "Epistemology of Nature: Pre-Soviet Nomadic Societies of Central Asia," delivering lectures at leading universities and research institutes in Italy and Germany. He is the author of 16 scientific and popular books written in English, Turkish, and Kyrgyz. He has published over 40 scientific articles in English and Turkish and has presented 36 academic papers at international conferences worldwide.

Member: Senior Lecturer Serdar Azhar Senior Lecturer Serdar Azhar works as an instructor in the Language Preparation Department of the School of Foreign Languages at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2015 from the Department of Contemporary Turkic Dialects and Literatures at Atatürk University, and his master’s degree in 2019 from the Institute of Turkic Studies of the same university, specializing in Contemporary Turkic Dialects and Literatures. Since 2019, he has been pursuing his doctoral studies at the Institute of Social Sciences of Ankara University. He is currently working on his dissertation titled “Jadidism among the Turkmens of Transcaspia based on the first Turkmen newspaper Zakaspiyskaya Tuzemnaya Gazeta / Ruznâme-yi Mavera-i Bahr-i Hazar (1914–1917).” Since 2021, he has worked as an editor, translator, proofreader, and held various administrative positions within Avrasya Yazarlar Birliği and Bengü Yayınları. Since 2023, he has been continuing his academic career at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. In addition to his academic works, many of his original and translated articles have been published in various literary journals. Currently, four of his books have been published in Turkey, three of which are translations (a novel, a research work, and an analytical study). His research interests focus on contemporary Turkic dialects and literatures, the literature of the Turkic world, and Turkic Jadidism. He has a working knowledge of English as a foreign language. |
