On September 30, 2025, a seminar titled “The Process of Deriving Meaning from Data in Qualitative Research: Thematic Analysis” was held in the Kasym Tynystanov Conference Hall, organized by the Strategic Center for Turkic World Studies (TÜRKSAM) of Kyrgyz-Turkish “Manas” University with the participation of Associate Professor Dr. Yavuz Ercan Gül.

During the seminar, the processes of systematically analyzing data and identifying their meaning within qualitative research methods were discussed in detail. Thematic analysis was highlighted as an effective approach for deeply exploring and interpreting qualitative data. Associate Professor Dr. Yavuz Ercan Gül shared with the participants the theoretical foundations, implementation stages, and practical examples of this method.
The seminar, which provided an important learning opportunity for scholars, researchers, and students, attracted a large number of participants.
