After gaining independence, on the one hand Kyrgyzstan struggled to overcome economic, political and social problems, and on the other hand it began negotiations with neighboring states on delimitation and demarcation of the country's territory as part of the nation building process.

With a decrease in the birth rate and longevity, the world's population is rapidly aging. This process, which expresses the proportional and numerical increase of old people in the whole population, is a phenomenon of "old age" and focuses on social policy.

December 13-December 2017, the seminar was delivered by Doctor of Political Sciences, Azamat Temirkulov, with the report "Green Development Model of Kyrgyzstan". In his speech, he stressed several recommended projects for the development of the country.  According to the author,  unlike its neighboring countries, Kyrgyzstan is comparatively a small country with limited natural resources, it can only develop using its beautiful nature.

The Central Asian Research Center and the club of International Relations organized a student seminar, which took place on 25th of December of 2017 at Manas Kyrgyz-Turkish University.

Komil Rashidov- the ambassador of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kyrgyzstan was invited as a quest. The respected ambassador who started his career as an ambassador in 2013 conducted the seminar on the topic of cooperation of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan in many spheres.
