A series of documents were signed during the 10th meeting of the Heads of the Customs Administrations of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Baku.
The signed documents include the Protocol of the 10th Meeting and the Technical Conditions for Information Exchange between the Customs Administrations of the OTS Member States, in line with the Agreement on the Establishment of a Simplified Customs Corridor signed in Samarkand on November 11, 2022. Furthermore, the documents encompass the Action Plan for implementing the e-TIR procedure under the 1975 Geneva TIR Convention, within the framework of the OTS.
The documents were signed by Shahin Bagirov, Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, Kubanychbek Omuraliyev, Secretary General of the OTS, Kairat Zhumagulov, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan, Samat Isabekov, Chairman of the State Customs Service of Kyrgyzstan, Sezai Ucharmak, Deputy Minister of Trade and Head of the Customs Administration of Turkey, and Akmalkhuja Mavlonov, Chairman of the Customs Committee of Uzbekistan.
