The financial application Turan has announced the launch of its digital wallet in Azerbaijan. According to the company's statement, this event marks an important step in realizing Turan's vision of "strengthening financial integration in the Turkic world."

The application is preparing to create a regional Turkic financial ecosystem by entering the Azerbaijani market. In the near future, Turan plans to launch licensed digital wallet applications in other Turkic countries such as Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.

Aiming to establish money transfer corridors between Turkic states, Turan offers ultra-fast money transfers to Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan.

Through its services, the application makes cross-border transactions more accessible and faster for millions of people in the Turkic world.

Turan’s founder and CEO Özgür Bayraktar stated that launching licensed operations in Azerbaijan is a major step toward strengthening financial integration in the Turkic world.

Bayraktar emphasized that Turan will completely transform remittance corridors between target countries, enhancing the infrastructure for wallet-to-wallet money transfers. He added:

"By offering faster and more cost-effective solutions compared to traditional banking systems, Turan will eliminate financial borders in the Turkic world and provide easily accessible financial services to millions of people."
