The 2nd Turkic Trade Fair – Forum and Exhibition on Trade and Investment Cooperation among Turkic States – will be held at the Baku Expo Center from June 10 to 12.

The first fair took place in Istanbul from November 7 to 9, 2024. The event is organized in partnership with the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBİA), the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, and with the organizational support of the Association of Small and Medium Business Entities and Clubs (KOBSKA) and ROK Expo.

The fair is supported by government agencies from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Hungary, Turkmenistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The forum aims to promote trade, industry, investment, technology, and services among these countries, as well as to advance joint projects on global markets.

More than 20 sectors of the economy will be represented at the 2nd Turkic States Trade Fair, showcasing product groups and the latest technologies. The exhibition aims to develop cooperation in industry, investment, technology, and services among the member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). Companies from 11 countries will participate in the exhibition, and representatives from over 20 countries are expected to attend as guests.

We Must Turn the Turkic World into a Global Power Center

At a press conference dedicated to the event, Aygun Aliyeva – organizer of the Turkic Trade Fair and founder of ROK Expo – shared detailed information about the 2nd Turkic Trade Fair.

She noted that the Turkic countries have expanded multilateral cooperation in all areas – from foreign policy and trade to energy, green economy, tourism, digitalization, and even space exploration.

Aygun Aliyeva emphasized that economic cooperation among the member states of the Organization of Turkic States is one of the fundamental and dynamic aspects of broader integration and interaction within the Turkic world.

“To ensure that the private sector – that is, companies – can also benefit from this cooperation, we developed the Turkic Trade Fair project. This platform serves as a key mechanism for strengthening business ties among OTS member states. We must work together to transform the Organization of Turkic States into a power center on the global stage. This can only be achieved through unity. By strengthening our partnership as brotherly nations, we will jointly move toward a brighter future,” she said.
