Türkiye’s annual trade volume with the member states and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) reached $27.8 billion as of July 2026. Anadolu Agency reported this figure, citing Türkiye’s Ministry of Trade.

According to the data, Türkiye’s trade volume with OTS member states increased by 6.6% in January-July 2026 compared with the same period of the previous year, reaching $10.1 billion. Trade with the observer countries — Turkmenistan, Hungary, and Northern Cyprus — increased by 5.1% during the first seven months of the year, reaching $6.1 billion.

In 2025, Türkiye’s foreign trade volume with OTS member states reached $16.9 billion, representing an almost 20-fold increase compared with 2002, when the figure stood at $871 million. Among the OTS member states, Kazakhstan recorded the largest trade volume with Türkiye in 2025, at $7.8 billion. It was followed by Azerbaijan with $4.3 billion, Uzbekistan with $3.1 billion, and Kyrgyzstan with $1.6 billion.

Türkiye’s trade volume with observer countries increased by 6.8% in 2025, reaching $10 billion. Türkiye’s Ministry of Trade emphasized that the potential of the “Middle Corridor” plays an important role in deepening economic integration among the countries of the Turkic world and expanding trade volumes.
