As part of the Turkish president’s visit, the sixth meeting of the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council was held. Following the meeting, the sides signed the Declaration on Eternal Friendship and Expanded Strategic Partnership, along with a number of intergovernmental agreements.

Tokayev stressed that Türkiye is one of Kazakhstan’s largest investors. The president noted that cooperation in education and technology is also developing actively. Around 14,000 Kazakh students are studying in Türkiye, while joint educational projects in Kazakhstan, including schools opened by the “Maarif” Foundation, continue to expand.
