The Akim (Mayor) of Almaty, Darkhan Satybaldy, and the CEO of Turkey’s Köksan Holding, Murat Kökoğlu, discussed the construction of a plant for plastic recycling and PET preform production (preparations made from polyethylene terephthalate for bottles and other containers).
