A number of agreements were signed between the delegations of Kazakhstan and Türkiye within the framework of the Kazakhstan–Türkiye Business Forum held in Astana. Representatives of Kazakhstan’s Aktobe Region also took part in the event. The Turkish company Turkish Aerospace plans to establish a joint venture with Kazakhstan’s “406th Civil Aviation Repair Plant.” The facility is expected to organize the production and maintenance of ANKA unmanned aerial vehicles. This was reported by Kapital.kz.
According to the report, the drone systems will be used in search and rescue operations, protection of strategic facilities, monitoring of oil and gas pipelines, and safeguarding protected natural areas.
Another important document concerned Coca-Cola İçecek Kazakhstan. As previously reported, Kazakhstan’s fourth beverage production plant will be built in Aktobe. The facility will comply with international environmental standards and include modern waste management systems.
The project is being implemented with the support of Kazakh Invest, which supports strategic investment initiatives in Kazakhstan. The investment agreement was signed by Doszhan Alibekov, Head of the Aktobe Region’s Industrial Development Department, and Veli Dinçel, General Director of Coca-Cola İçecek Kazakhstan. It should be noted that in 2022, it was announced that a production and maintenance line for ANKA combat drones would be established at Kazakhstan Engineering.
