Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) Kazakhstan, a subsidiary of Turkey’s Anadolu Group, held a ceremonial event in Aktobe to mark the launch of construction of its fourth production plant in Kazakhstan.
The new facility will not only be a modern industrial plant but will also reflect the company’s comprehensive approach to development. The project focuses on infrastructure development, investment in the future, and support for the next generation of professionals. The opening ceremony was organized in line with this concept. The event was attended by representatives of government institutions, the business community, international partners, and the management of CCI Kazakhstan.
Implemented under the greenfield principle, the new plant in Aktobe is one of the company’s largest investment projects in Kazakhstan in recent years. Once operational, the facility will create new employment opportunities for local residents, comply with international environmental standards, and introduce modern waste management systems.
The investment project is being implemented with the support of the Government of Kazakhstan and Kazakh Invest, which promotes strategic investment initiatives in the country. Earlier, agreements and memorandums related to the project were signed within the framework of the Kazakhstan Global Investment Roundtable and the Kazakhstan–Turkey Business Forum.
It is worth noting that Coca-Cola İçecek has been operating in Kazakhstan since 1994. With the addition of the new plant in Aktobe, the company’s total investment in the country will reach nearly 130 billion tenge. The new facility will become the company’s fourth plant in Kazakhstan. Currently, Coca-Cola İçecek successfully operates production sites in the Almaty Region, Astana, and Shymkent.
