A meeting was held at the Kyrgyzstan National Investment Agency between representatives of Türkiye-based Yapı Merkezi and the management of the Kyrgyzstan Green Infrastructure Fund to discuss potential cooperation in the transport and energy sectors.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed prospects for a strategic partnership aimed at developing environmentally sustainable infrastructure across the country. The Turkish side presented its international experience in implementing large-scale projects, particularly in the construction of railways, bridges, and tunnels. Company representatives stated their readiness to adapt engineering solutions in line with the Fund’s “green” requirements.

The discussions also focused on financing mechanisms for modernizing the transport sector through the use of environmentally friendly technologies that minimize ecological impact. Both sides emphasized the importance of exchanging technical expertise and establishing sustainable investment channels through the Kyrgyzstan Green Infrastructure Fund. Representatives of Yapı Merkezi expressed their interest in implementing infrastructure projects in Kyrgyzstan.
