The project will be implemented as part of the “RAMS Exclusive Villas & Resort” complex located on the northern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake. It will include a five-star hotel operating under the Marriott Hotels brand, as well as standalone villas.
According to the information provided, the hotel is scheduled to open in 2028. The complex will feature 120 hotel rooms and suites, along with 33 private villas. Additional facilities will include restaurants, conference and event spaces, a banquet hall, a fitness center, a swimming pool, a SPA complex, a Turkish bath (hamam), and a children's club.
According to Erdal Seyhan, a representative of RAMS Global, the project will cover a total area of 7.7 hectares.
