Mederbek Tumanov, Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, attended the opening of the new “KG TEX” textile factory, located in Lenin village, Alamüdün district, Chüy region. This was reported by the Press Service of the Ministry of Economy.

According to the information, the factory has the capacity to produce 1 million products per year. A total of 300 new jobs have been created in the enterprise.

The total construction area is 3,200 m², and the investment amount is 170 million soms. The construction of the factory was financed by the “Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan” Development Fund and the company’s own funds.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the launch of the “KG TEX” factory will contribute to strengthening the region’s production capacity, developing the textile sector, creating new jobs, and supporting domestic production, in line with strategic objectives.
