According to the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, on October 8, Deputy Chairman of the Agency Damir Bikulov visited the construction site to inspect the progress and discuss the next stages of the project. Both sides noted the high level of cooperation between the two countries and reaffirmed their commitment to completing the project on schedule.
The hotel, being built on a 17.2-hectare area, will have a total enclosed space of 29,900 square meters. The seven-story building will feature more than 120 rooms, a swimming pool, a hammam, bars, an aquapark, a bowling hall, and an international-standard football field.
Special emphasis is placed on training local personnel. Employees will receive training in Azerbaijan in accordance with international service standards. Around 200 people are currently employed during the construction phase. The hotel is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
