According to the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, as of February 1, 2026, a total of 368 enterprises with Azerbaijani capital participation are registered in the country. Of these, 63 operate as joint ventures, while 305 are fully owned by Azerbaijani investors.
The majority of Azerbaijani investments are concentrated in the trade sector, where 139 companies operate. There are also 50 companies in industry, 43 in construction, and 25 in the information and communications sector. In the healthcare and social services sector, 11 enterprises are active; 9 companies operate in transport, and another 9 in accommodation and food services. Three enterprises operate in the agro-industrial complex, including agriculture, forestry, and fisheries. The remaining 79 companies are engaged in various other sectors.
