Following the meeting of the ninth Summit of the heads of the participating countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Samarkand, a number of documents were signed.

The heads of the member States of the Organization - Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Uzbekistan – signed the following documents:

- Samarkand Declaration of the 9th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States;

- Protocol on amendments to the "Nakhchivan Agreement on the establishment of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-speaking States";

- Decision on the "Rules of Procedures of the Organization of Turkic States";

- Decision on the "Trade Promotion Strategy of the Organization of Turkic States";

- The decision on the "Appointment of the Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States";

The following decisions have also been made:

- on the agreement on international combined transport between the governments of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States;

- on the agreement on simplification of the customs corridor between the governments of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States;

- a memorandum of understanding between the relevant institutions of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States on digital personnel management systems.
