From January to November 2024, 2 million 123.3 thousand citizens of Kyrgyzstan visited Uzbekistan. This is 244,800 more than a month earlier, the Statistics Agency under the President of Uzbekistan reported.

According to the data for 10 months, Kyrgyzstan ranked second in the number of visitors to the neighboring republic for tourism purposes after Tajikistan. In November, there were 200 more Kyrgyz citizens entering Uzbekistan than Tajik citizens. The total number of tourists in Uzbekistan for this period amounted to 7 million 288.3 thousand people.
