Khayrullo Bozorov, the governor of Uzbekistan’s Fergana region, met with investors from Turkey to discuss the future of cooperation in the fields of agriculture and tourism.
The founder of Orca Global provided detailed information about plans to export Fergana raspberries, pomegranates, and other fruits to Turkey and European countries, as well as projects in the agricultural sector. During the meeting, a preliminary agreement was reached to collaborate in these areas.
Additionally, the governor of Fergana region discussed with Ertan Haldun, the head of Eser Hotels, a Turkish premium hotel chain, the implementation of a hotel project in Kokon city under the Eser Hotels brand.
The Turkish investor stated plans to organize training sessions and practical workshops on hotel management for young people. The parties also discussed attracting Turkish tourists to the region.
The governor of Fergana region expressed confidence that the Eser Hotels project, once implemented, would attract the attention of other international hotel chains to the region. At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to strengthen cooperation based on the proposed initiatives.
